Overview
This grant to the Rockefeller Brothers Fund’s Southern China Program would support the Program’s efforts to mitigate environmental pollution and greenhouse gases through building capacity in Chinese NGOs and promoting Chinese-based philanthropy. The program has operated in China for over ten years. They work with local groups to develop programs to highlight air and water pollution and with research institutions that support these efforts.
