Overview
Artistic Director Robert Moses founded Robert Moses’ Kin (RMK) (San Francisco, CA) in 1995 to explore his choreographic style and to create dances that speak to our times. Since that inception, RMK has had a prolific artistic trajectory, premiering more than 90 works, ranging from neoclassical ballet to issues-based postmodern movement theatre. Recognizing the need to improve organizational and financial operations, RMK recently hired an experienced new Executive Director, Michelle Witt, who will be in charge of managing the organization’s new phase of growth. The proposed strategic planning process will help the company develop a three-year plan that incorporates artistic and organizational goals and strategies to accomplish them. Key project deliverables include artistic, fundraising, and board development plans, as well as an operational plan.
