RoadMap Social Justice Consulting is a nonprofit consulting firm that strengthens social justice organizations through capacity building, peer learning, and field building. It is powered by a national network of nearly 100 seasoned capacity builders that partner with nonprofit organizations, individual leaders, and philanthropic organizations, to provide planning, training, and coaching services to suit their client needs. This organizational effectiveness grant will support customized capacity building consulting and training for a subset of Performing Arts Program grantees, helping to bolster its overarching strategic framework. There is also an allocation in this grant for wellness in furtherance of the organization’s charitable purpose.
