Overview
Rice University is inviting educators who have adopted their OpenStax chemistry, biology, physics, and math books to participate in a two-day event called Creator Fest. During Creator Fest, educators will have an opportunity to learn how OpenStax books are created, to customize and create open educational resources, and to weigh in on future directions for new OpenStax content. Educators will collaboratively envision and learn new strategies and best practices for implementing the OpenStax resources.

The group will work with Stanford University; the University of Colorado, Boulder; and the National Center for Research in Policy and Practice to build capacity in the field for partnership research.
