for general operating support
The Reproductive Health Technologies Project works to advance reproductive health policies by identifying and investigating emerging topics—for example, the concern that birth control pills may pollute water—and disseminating its research and findings, including guides for effective messaging to partner organizations, opinion leaders, and the public. The Project develops research-based public affairs materials that can be used by other organizations, often playing a behind-the-scenes role in advocacy efforts such as making the morning after pill (emergency contraception) available over the counter.
