Overview
The RAND Corporation is non-profit think tank that aims to help policymakers make decisions that are based on the best available information. This project would pilot test the feasibility of developing a repository of assessments of deeper learning competencies. This project supports the Program’s strategy to have high-quality assessments drive, facilitate, and validate instructional approaches that promote deeper learning.

RAND Corporation is a research organization that develops solutions to public policy challenges to help make communities throughout the world safer, more secure, healthier, and more prosperous. RAND Education and Labor conducts research on early childhood through postsecondary education programs, workforce development, and programs and policies affecting workers, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and decision making. This grant will support the American School District Panel, the first and only standing survey panel of school district leaders in the U.S., with over 1,000 superintendents.
