PolicyLink works in service of a future where all people in America participate in a flourishing multiracial democracy, prosper in an equitable economy, and live in thriving communities of opportunity. With support from this grant, PolicyLink will advance an equitable economy for the nation through the following three activities: (a) cultivating a commonsense political philosophy built around the economic values and relational practices of a society in which all can truly thrive; (b) proposing legal and regulatory reforms that redesign governing systems and structures to deliver an equitable economy; and (c) delivering equity models for the private sector through the nation’s first set of business equity standards.

PolicyLink is a national research and action institute dedicated to advancing racial and economic equity. It advocates for policy changes that enable everyone, especially people of color, to be economically secure, live in healthy communities of opportunity, and benefit from a just society. This support will allow PolicyLink to continue serving as a bridge to create an equitable economy, an inclusive and compassionate society, and a strong and accountable democracy.
