Overview
The Partnership for Public Service will develop a plan for building and launching a new entity, organization, or network to advocate for and help build capacity in Congress and, over time, increase public support for Congress. The plan will include a vision statement, organizational model, three-year plan, and stakeholder engagement framework.

The Partnership for Public Service works to revitalize our federal government by transforming the way government works and inspiring a new generation to serve. The Partnership plans to equip career and political leaders to improve government functioning and effectiveness; encourage leaders to improve the health and performance of legislative and congressional branch entities; promote greater use of data to drive better decision making; build critical connections and foster collaboration within government and across sectors; and mobilize outside actors, such as business, academia, and the social sector, to encourage investments in government’s health, integrity, capacity, and performance.
