This organizational effectiveness grant to Panorama Global will support Gender Funders CoLab in implementing a retrospective review of its programming and developing a new staffing structure aligned with its strategic goals and values. Gender Funders CoLab is a feminist network that mobilizes funders to support the women's rights ecosystem and bring more and better resources to the field. These organizational development efforts aim to ensure that Gender Funders CoLab is able to strengthen programming under its Learn, Collaborate, and Leverage framework. Panorama works alongside its partners to support strategy development and execution, provide infrastructure, and offer fiscal sponsorship services. Under the Knowledge for Better Philanthropy strategy, this grant is for project support of the Collaborative Learning from Impact Philanthropy initiative.

The Human Rights Funders Network (HRFN) is a network of funders resourcing human rights action around the world. This grant will support diversity, equity, and inclusion at the upcoming Global Conference of HRFN by hosting the participation of HRFN’s Global Racial Justice Advisory Council and sponsoring the global feminist shared strategizing session with Prospera - International Network of Women's Funds.
