Not An Alternative, Inc. is a New York-based collective and nonprofit organization that works at the intersection of art, activism, and pedagogy to affect popular understandings of events, symbols, institutions, and history. This Organizational Effectiveness grant allows Not An Alternative to hire a consultant for fundraising and communications planning and support toward the viability of the organization overall, including its flagship project with the Lummi Nation: the Natural History Museum's inter-tribal touring program about restoring the Snake River.
