Overview
The New York School of Interior Design has been leading the study of interior design for over a century. A private, nonprofit college focused exclusively on interior design, the school offers certificate, undergraduate, and graduate programs for students at all stages of their careers. As a single focus school, it is uniquely qualified to host a symposium dedicated to learning about new frontiers in sustainable design and inspiring design teachers and professionals to incorporate that knowledge into practice. This grant will support Teaching Green: A Symposium on Sustainability and Interior Design Education.
