Overview
The Public Interest Technology University Network (PIT-UN) Challenge Fund is a fiscally sponsored project of the New Venture Fund. The PIT-UN Challenge Fund project is aimed at building a foundation of public interest technology by supporting universities’ efforts to develop new programs in this area. Such programs can train graduates for careers in public, private, or nonprofit technology work and mix the skills that are vital for successful technology project research, development, and implementation. This multi-funder project is to support the development of Public Interest Technology programs within academia.
