Overview
The Scholarly Publishing and Academic Resources Coalition (SPARC), fiscally sponsored by the New Venture Fund, is an international alliance of academic and research libraries working to create a more open system for scholarly communication. SPARC advances policies that enable open and equitable systems for research and education. This grant provides support for a SPARC convening with postsecondary leaders to explore the need for a strategic shift in national OER advocacy to advance systems-level change in higher education.
