The Network of Impact Evaluation Researchers in Africa (NIERA) is an association of East African researchers who advance impact evaluations designed to inform policy decisions. NIERA aims to conduct impact evaluations and systematic reviews designed to inform policy issues, conduct policy outreach, and works to build impact evaluation capacity through a mentorship program and through introducing new courses in African universities.
