This grant supports the European AI & Society Fund (EAISF), a fiscally sponsored project of the Network of European Foundations. EAISF works to shape artificial intelligence (AI) to better serve people and society. The fund resources public interest organizations to shape policies around AI that promote fair, inclusive, and sustainable societies. Simultaneously, EAISF galvanizes resources from funders within Europe and internationally, and uses these to empower public interest advocates across Europe to shape AI policies and debates.
