Overview
NEO Philanthropy serves as the fiscal sponsor for the Peace and Security Funders Group (PSFG), founded in 2000 with the mission to enhance the effectiveness of peace and security philanthropy. This renewal grant will support PSFG to facilitate the exchange of information and ideas among its members, foster collaboration, and encourage new funders to join this field. This grant aligns with the Cyber Initiative’s overall strategy to cultivate a field that develops thoughtful, multidisciplinary solutions to complex cyber challenges given that PSFG seeks to help funders understand the ways that other peace/security issues intersect with cyber, and how cyber funders and others can be most effective in their grantmaking. (Strategies: Core Institutions, Talent Pipeline, Translation Infrastructure).
