Overview
NatureServe is a conservation nonprofit dedicated to unlocking the power of science to guide biodiversity conservation. Together and individually, NatureServe and its public-private network of 60 member programs and over 1,000 scientists gather and maintain a unique body of scientific information on the location, condition, and status of the plants, animals, and ecosystems of the United States and Canada. For this project, NatureServe will leverage its biodiversity and ecosystem data to identify areas of high conservation value in the U.S. West. (Substrategy: Advance Conservation Protections)
