Overview
The Milken Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan think tank focused on accelerating measurable progress on the path to a meaningful life. This grant supports the launch of the Milken Institute’s New Geo-Economics Initiative (NGI), which conducts research and executes programs that help policy, business, and civil society leaders navigate the rapidly evolving global economic landscape. NGI advances sustainable and equitable solutions to local, national, and international challenges in five priority areas: rewiring globalization, harnessing innovation, mobilizing climate finance, bolstering regional competitiveness, and establishing new growth narratives. To do so, the initiative is building a cross-sector expert network to develop ideas and implement projects, promoting new strategies to unlock private capital, and creating a platform to promote innovative reforms.
