The Meliore Foundation is a leading organization for philanthropy focused on funding global strategic communications. Its Climate Culture Communications Hub works to grow support for climate action by focusing on systemic change in the film and television sectors. The hub does this by providing the connective tissue between cultural outreach and climate campaigns.

Meliore Foundation is a leading organization for philanthropy focused on funding global strategic communications. This grant provides support to the Global Strategic Communications Council, a program of the Meliore Foundation. The focus of the council’s work under this project will be to maximize the positive impact that U.S. policy and climate action can have on global climate diplomacy. Telling stories of the impact of U.S. policies, both inside and outside of the U.S., can promote a global “race to the top” in terms of effective global climate action.

This grant supports the operations of the Global Strategic Communications Council, a program of the Meliore Foundation. The council delivers strategic communications capacity on climate change to both mainstream and online media across the globe, supporting a strong climate narrative and empowering climate voices across society. It operates across six continents, covering themes such as climate science and impacts, food and nature, finance and economics, energy, transport, industry, and multilateral climate processes.
