Joe Goode Performance Group (JGPG) has a 33-year history of creating innovative dance work, synthesizing a genre of dance-theater that combines spoken word, song, and visual imagery. The works alternate between conventional proscenium work and walk-through, multimedia performance installations, challenging the traditional audience experience. The company is an icon in the Bay Area dance community.
