Fiscally sponsored by Intersection for the Arts, San Francisco Bay Area Emerging Arts Professionals is a network run by and for emerging arts leaders. The group provides its 300 members with a peer network; professional development programs; and opportunities to gain practical leadership experience, which includes taking leadership roles within the network. Renewed funding will support the network’s efforts to offer its successful suite of programs, including a fellowship program and annual summit, and work toward the goals articulated in its newly developed strategic plan.

Grants to this Grantee
for Zoo Labs
Zoo Labs, a fiscally sponsored project of Intersection for the Arts, supports and empowers Bay Area-based musicians and other artists to own and amplify their creative projects. Its work includes the curricular development and delivery of arts business training, public panel discussions with industry leaders, and other services in support of arts entrepreneurs and small business owners. Since 2013, Zoo Labs has conducted 26 accelerator residencies, engaging over 350 mentors to serve over 250 local artists. This grant, in alignment with the program’s Artists strategy, will enable Zoo Labs to continue and evolve its artist support programs.
