Overview
Internationals Network for Public Schools endeavors to ensure that recent immigrant students who are English language learners have access to a quality high school education. This organizational effectiveness grant supports their internal work to deepen awareness, knowledge, skill, and capacity about educational equity. Helping our grantees become more aware, prepared and competent around internal issues of equity will ensure that their field-focused work - and the field of education more broadly - reflects the values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The Internationals Network provides quality education for immigrants and refugees by growing and sustaining a network of innovative schools and by supporting school districts and educators serving multilingual learners. Internationals Network designs, develops, and supports schools and programs for recently arrived immigrants and refugees. Through coaching, conferences, institutes, and professional development offerings, Internationals Network seeks to stimulate the very core principles they advocate for in classrooms and schools. This grant will support the organizations development of a new strategic plan. (Substrategy: District Deep Dives and Networks).

This grant will support the development of a board of directors expansion and diversification plan to strengthen their Board of Directors.
