Internationals Network for Public Schools works to ensure that recent immigrant students who are English language learners have access to a quality high school education. The grantee will work with stakeholders to develop a unified system of portfolio-based performance assessments for English learners by refining a nascent set of rubrics that measure deeper learning; support leaders and teachers through professional development and coaching; and enhance curriculum development. This work will generate concrete evidence of successful deeper learning assessments with a particular focus on English learners.
