Overview
These grant funds would enable the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC), which seeks to advance the sexual and reproductive health and rights of women and young people in the Global South, to strengthen the capacity of partner advocacy groups in sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, and Latin America. IWHC will lead the ad hoc post-2015 Women’s Coalition to try and ensure that the post-2015 development goals prominently feature sexual and reproductive health and rights and women’s equality.

Grants to this Grantee
for the continued support of diversity, equity, and inclusion work
This grant will support the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC) to institutionalize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a core value in its organizational culture and external advocacy, grantmaking, and movement building. IWHC has centered DEI in its new strategic plan goals. With this grant, IWHC will embark on a second phase of DEI work, which includes establishing a shared language and rationale for DEI within the organization, creating an action plan to operationalize DEI; and designing a learning journey to build the DEI capacity of its staff and board members.
