Overview
This Organizational Effectiveness (OE) grant would enable the International Women's Health Coalition (IWHC) to develop a more robust communications strategy. Working with an external consultant, IWHC will conduct an audit of its current communications materials and products, consult with stakeholders, clarify its position and messaging, and develop a communications strategy and an implementation plan. A stronger external communications plan is anticipated to help IWHC meet its institutional goals of supporting and strengthening women-led organizations in the Global South, and advocating for more progressive policies on sexual and reproductive health and rights.

Grants to this Grantee
for the continued support of diversity, equity, and inclusion work
This grant will support the International Women’s Health Coalition (IWHC) to institutionalize diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a core value in its organizational culture and external advocacy, grantmaking, and movement building. IWHC has centered DEI in its new strategic plan goals. With this grant, IWHC will embark on a second phase of DEI work, which includes establishing a shared language and rationale for DEI within the organization, creating an action plan to operationalize DEI; and designing a learning journey to build the DEI capacity of its staff and board members.
