International Center for Research on Women

This grant would support the International Center for Research on Women’s Gender, Population, and Development Program to improve understanding of (1) factors that influence use of contraceptives and safe abortion services; (2) the effectiveness of policies and programs to improve adolescents’ access to sexual and reproductive health services; and (3) the relationship between women’s empowerment and reproductive health. Research will be complemented by intensive dissemination and policy engagement.
