The International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFFE) advances feminist inquiry into economic issues and aims to educate economists, policymakers, and activists on feminist analysis of critical economic topics. Over the next few years, IAFFE is particularly interested in building global, intersectional, and inclusive feminist economics for policy engagement and social justice. This core support grant will enable the organization to strengthen its policy and activist engagement initiatives, invest in the next generation of feminist economists, and deepen its membership engagement infrastructure. for support of Global South participation during the 2024 IAFFE Conference  
The International Association for Feminist Economics (IAFFE) is a membership-based organization that advances feminist inquiry into economic issues and aims to educate economists, policymakers, and activists on feminist analysis of critical economic topics. Every year, IAFFE holds a conference bringing together researchers and advocates to share their knowledge, build collaborative networks, and develop strategies. The 2024 IAFFE conference will take place in Rome, Italy, from July 3-5. This sponsorship grant will provide support to facilitate Global South participation in the 2024 IAFFE conference. for support to develop a new membership recruitment and conference activities  
This grant will enable the International Association for Feminist Economics to design and implement a revised membership development and engagement strategy, and support scholars from low- and middle-income countries to attend its annual conferences over the next few years. The organization is particularly interested in building its membership by recruiting and integrating early career academics and researchers from low- and middle-income countries as leaders in the field who can further its mission to strengthen feminist economic scholarship and practice.
