for fund development of the new economy movement in the U.K. and Europe
Four leading new economy organisations in the UK - IPPR, NEON, ECU and NEF – have come together to address these challenges through a ‘New Economy Philanthropy Initiative’ with the goal of developing and growing a more comprehensive and effective new economy movement in the UK and Europe more widely. The aim of the project is to secure a step change in the scale and quality of funding for the movement, with a particular focus on increasing flexible, core, long-term funding that allows movement actors to make ambitious plans and take risks, and on increasing resources flowing to known gaps in the eco-system and under resourced organisations.
