The Institute for Climate and Society is a philanthropic organization which supports projects and institutions that are dedicated to tackling climate change in Brazil. This organizational effectiveness grant will support the Institute for Climate and Society to update its grantmaking and operational processes, including specifically looking at assessing and updating its strategic planning, better managing its annual budgeting procedures and its approaches to resource allocation, and improving its fundraising efforts.
