Overview
The Institute for Climate and Society is the Hewlett Foundation’s main in-country partner for climate mitigation efforts in Brazil. The institute has established itself as a country convener, coordinator, and regranter, and also works with Brazilian foundations, such as Arapyaú Institute. The organization is engaged at the national and subnational levels on climate mitigation programs.
