Horizons is a community foundation devoted to increasing the visibility of issues important to the LGBTQ communities. Known for its investments in small organizations, Horizons Foundation provides Community Issues grants that include support for arts organizations and programs. Program support to Horizons Foundation will continue and expand its regranting program for artists and small organizations within the Bay Area LGBTQ community.

Horizons Foundation is a community foundation devoted to increasing the visibility of issues important to the LGBT communities. Known for its investment in small organizations, Horizons has always given high priority to its arts grantmaking, a subset of its Community Issues program. The Performing Arts Program has partnered with Horizons in this regranting program since 2006, supporting 106 grants to small arts organizations and projects. Renewed funding will allow Horizons to expand its reach to a diverse portfolio of LGBT-serving arts organizations, as well as make multi-year grants to competitive applicants.
