The mission of Hope Mohr Dance is to create, present, and foster outstanding art at the intersection of the body and the brain. Informed by social justice and equity issues, the organization is committed to lifting up the work of artists from communities and traditions historically underserved and under-represented in dance. Hope Mohr Dance brings renowned artists to the Bay Area to teach, show work, and engage with other artists, and provides opportunities for artists to engage in creative process and multi-disciplinary performances with their communities.
