Overview
The Hispanic Access Foundation is an emerging leader within the Hispanic community on Western public lands issues. Over the past two years it has successfully developed programs in support of balanced energy development, protection of national parks, and advocating for new national monuments such as the new San Gabriel Mountains National Monument. Its environmental work has grown rapidly, to the point where the organization needs to craft a long term vision. This organizational effectiveness grant would provide support for a consultant that will guide the Foundation board and staff in the creation of a new strategic plan.
