Overview
The Greater Yellowstone Coalition works to protect the lands, waters, and wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, an area comprising 18 million acres of public and private land surrounding Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. This renewal grant will support the coalition’s efforts to work with ranchers, business owners, conservation groups, and coalition members to educate decision makers and the public about the environmental and economic benefits associated with better protecting the region.

This work includes efforts to advance new protections for fish and wildlife connectivity in areas such as the High Divide.
