Overview
This organizational effectiveness grant would allow the Greater Yellowstone Coalition to hire a consultant to help the organization craft a new strategic plan. The strategic plan will employ the results of work done for the Coalition by Redstone Consulting as part of the foundation's new Outcome Focused Grantmaking Fund. Redstone created measurable habitat, species and climate adaptation goals. The Coalition's strategic plan should serve as a model for other grantees who desire to incorporate outcome-focused tools into their work.
