It sponsors education programs including a biennial conference, facilitates peer-to-peer communication and learning forums, maintains a pipeline of ideas to consider for improving grantmaking practice, and publishes original research and user-friendly teaching guides on a wide variety of organizational-development and capacity-building topics. This grant is part of $1.1 million in grants pooled by several foundations to recognize the organization’s high-performing work and serves as an investment in its future.
