Overview
Finance Uncovered is a global reporting and training organization based in the U.K. The organization trains journalists and researchers to investigate tax abuse, money laundering, and related illicit financial practices, especially by multinational corporations operating in developing countries. This grant permits Finance Uncovered to build the capacity of researchers and financial journalists to effectively investigate, expose, and deter illicit financial flows from developing countries. The grant also will allow Finance Uncovered to mobilize its network of about 200 journalists across 66 countries to coordinate on cross-border investigations into illicit financial flows.
