EVHybridNoire is a network of diverse electric vehicle owners and enthusiasts committed to advancing transport electrification equitably across the US. With this OE grant, EVHN will recruit for five mid-level positions to grow the team and enable the organization to advance equitable electrification policies in several states. This organizational effectiveness grant will allow the leadership team at EVHybridNoire to participate in Bridgespan's online Leadership Accelerator program (Achieving Strategic Clarity) to create practical tools and processes for decision-making.

EVHybridNoire is the largest nationwide network of diverse EV drivers and enthusiasts. The network engages with Black, Latinx, and Indigenous communities, as well as rural communities, elderly populations, young professionals, women, and those who live in multi-family complexes — all of whom face unique barriers to accessing and benefiting from EVs and other e-mobility solutions. Its work spans many aspects of e-mobility and equity, including climate justice, workforce development, public health, multimodal mobility ,and creative financing of e-mobility solutions.
