Overview
This grant will fund analysis, communications, and convening to build the case for greater integration of the California electricity grid with other Western states, Canadian provinces, and Mexican states. The work will include analysis on value of greater grid integration, market design, and governance options. A larger grid, with supportive market designs can, lead to higher levels of renewables and other zero emission technologies.
