Overview
The Emerging Markets Investors Alliance brings together institutional investors to raise awareness about governance issues, and to build their capacity to engage and advocate for more transparent, accountable, and responsive governance. In the last two years, the alliance has successfully mobilized and trained several investors in the U.S., Europe, and the U.K., established thematic working groups involving governance experts and investors, and facilitated direct educational engagement between investors and government officials from emerging markets. This grant will enable the alliance to strengthen their direct advocacy work through forums with governments and companies.
