Overview
Education as a Vaccine (EVA) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2000, registered in Nigeria and in the United States to improve the health and development of children, adolescents, and young people. EVA envisions a Nigeria where children and young people reach their full potential, and work to build and implement an innovative and sustainable mechanism for improved quality of life for vulnerable children and young people. EVA also serves as a fiscal sponsor for emerging organizations whose activities further its charitable mission. EVA will serve as the fiscal sponsor for Liberation Alliance Africa which started its operations in January 2023. Liberation Alliance Africa is a collective of younger African feminists on the continent and in the diaspora working to disrupt the legacies of historical colonial inequalities and domination and its resulting harm using African feminist scholarship.
