A grant to the EastWest Institute (EWI) will support an inaugural meeting of high-level US and Russian cyber policy experts in Moscow, Russia called the U.S.-Russia High Level Dialogue on Cyberspace Cooperation. The discussions will enhance cyberspace cooperation and reduce the potential for misunderstanding on cyber issues between the U.S. and Russia.
