Overview
EarthRights International defends human rights and promotes environmental justice through litigation and legal advocacy, training and leadership development, and public policy and education campaigns. In addition to the grassroots legal defense and empowerment work with individuals and resource-rich communities, EarthRights also pioneers international norms and standards that promote corporate and governmental responsibility for transparent and accountable natural resource extraction. This grant will enable EarthRights to develop a monitoring, evaluation, and learning system and strengthen their internal communications.

This grant will enable EarthRights to review and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion in the organization's policies and practices, including recruitment practices and train staff to reflect these values in their work.
