Overview
Earth Justice provides legal advice and support to the conservation community. As Earth Justice has grown it has identified new management structures needed to oversee its programs. Specifically, a senior management team with the addition of a new senior vice president for operations and a newly formed managing attorneys team designed to create cross-program synergies. Both these groups are in need of training to create trust, opportunities for open and productive discussion and the strategic vision to lead Earth Justice into the future. This organizational effectiveness grant will pay for a consultant to provide the training necessary to make the senior management and managing attorneys teams effective.
