Overview
This grant, made in collaboration with the Packard Foundation, would support the Council on Foundation's efforts to educate policymakers about the valuable contribution that philanthropy makes to society. The Council will work with the Forum of Regional Association of Grantmakers and the Philanthropy Roundtable on the project.

Through its annual conference, regional issue-based salons, online Philanthropy Exchange platform, and other offerings, the council aims to “provide the opportunity, leadership, and tools needed by philanthropic organizations to expand, enhance, and sustain their ability to advance the common good.” This grant is for general operating support.
