The Coalition is seeking to protect 500,000 roadless acres and sixty-five miles of wild rivers, prevent the commercial leasing of oil shale, and ensure that oil and gas development in Colorado does not impact roadless land or sensitive habitat. The Coalition will also build support among a diverse array of ranchers, hunters, and anglers, particularly on the western slope of the Rockies.
