From 2001 to 2008, the Northern California Community Loan Fund served as a regranting intermediary for the Performing Arts Program’s major capital investments in arts facilities in the Bay Area. Although we no longer invest directly in capital campaigns, this organization still gives our grantees critical services and technical assistance when they are preparing major fundraising efforts for facilities.
