Overview
Congress has passed trillions in economic recovery packages to address immediate challenges of the COVID-19 crisis and the associated economic consequences. With support for this project, Columbia’s Center on Global Energy Policy will evaluate the suitability of climate-friendly measures in economic recovery legislation. The center will conduct new analysis of clean energy and climate spending, will organize a series of convenings related to the scholarship conducted, and will conduct outreach and engagement to ensure that findings are broadly disseminated.
