Overview
The Clean Energy Project (CEP), a clean energy nonprofit in Nevada, will lead a coalition effort to build support for compliance with an Environmental Protection Agency regulation to limit global warming emissions from the state's electricity plants. CEP will support state regulatory efforts to ensure that coal plants are closed on schedule, and that clean energy and energy efficiency are used as replacement power.
