Clean Air Task Force

Clean Air Task Force builds momentum for solutions based on scientific evidence, intellectual integrity, and pragmatism. This grant supports a pilot aimed at achieving zero-carbon cement in California before 2045. The work includes establishing a broad coalition; developing multiple policy options that reduce costs and infrastructure needs; and uncovering pathways to speed, scale, and validate impacts, both in California and nationally, in the manufacturing of cement and in other industrial sectors.

Clean Air Task Force works to safeguard against the worst impacts of climate change by catalyzing the rapid global development and deployment of low-carbon energy and other climate-protecting technologies.
